Microblading

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SERVICE?

-NO alcohol, ibuprofen or blood thinners 48 hours prior

-NO tanning, scrubs, peels, microdermabrasion or laser 14 days prior

-Arrive wearing your regular “everyday” make up and bring target pictures!

DOES IT HURT?

Not really. A topical anesthetic is applied to numb the area and can be reapplied during the service if requested. The feeling has been described from "light cat scratches" to nothing at all.

NOTE: Topical anesthetics used may contain lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine and epinephrine.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SERVICE?

After microblading, it is common for the brow area to have some redness and for the pigment to appear very dark. The redness should subside within a day or two. You may resume normal activities except for those listed in the aftercare instructions directly below. It can take up to 14 days for your brows to completely heal. Depending on your skin type, pigment may fade up to 40%.

AM I SUITABLE FOR MICROBLADING?

You are NOT suitable if you...

-have certain skin diseases or skin irritations

-have had Botox treatments within the last 14 days

-are allergic to lidocaine or epinephrine

Although allergic reactions are rare, we suggest a patch test 5-7 days prior to service for any individual with high sensitivity to topical make up, gold, silver, nickel, iron, and/or hair dyes.

Microblading carries the same risks as traditional tattooing. Single use, medical-grade blades are used for each client. Our environment is kept sanitary and all proper precautions are taken to ensure a safe service. Failure to follow all aftercare instructions may affect your results and will void any service guarantee.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE RESULT?

We recommend everyone research and understand the microblading procedure before booking. Our specialist has extensive training and will make every effort to achieve a pleasing result. However, pigment can settle into the skin unevenly. This is usually remedied during the required follow up appointment. Management reserves the right to refuse refunds to anyone for any reason.
